After receiving the product, Atelier Dulsineja will refund you the full amount or replace the damaged product with a new one. The deadline to return a product is 14 days from the date you received it. You have the right to return the product in the following cases:<\/p>

  • You received a damaged product, and the damage was caused by poor handling during delivery<\/li><\/ul>

    The returning products must be properly packed for shipment and placed inside a cardboard box of the correct size. In case of improperly packed products and visible damage caused during transport, the package with the returning products will not be accepted but returned to the sender.
    After carefully examining the product, provided that the product is not damaged, you will be entitled to a replacement and to receive another product within a month.
